Apartment prices are not fixed. And one and the same apartment can be sold not for 3 million, but for 3.1 million, that is 100 thousand more expensive. To do this, you just have to try a little harder. As a result you will be in the plus for 100 thousand, and how much will the realtor be in the plus? 1.5% of 100 thousand is 1500 rubles.

Will he try to get you an extra 100,000 and wait for the best client, getting 1,500 rubles for it himself? Or will he try to sell your apartment as cheaply as possible and as quickly as possible, and get the next 45,000 from the next client?
